This website is operated by ALL BY GM LLC for Kissimmee Salon Suites. By using it you agree to these terms.
The application is not a lease
Submitting a tenant application does not reserve a suite, create a lease, or obligate us to rent to you. We review each application and may approve or decline it at our discretion, subject to applicable fair housing and anti-discrimination law. A tenancy begins only when both parties sign a written lease.
Accurate information
You agree that everything you submit is true, accurate and your own. Providing false information, or documents belonging to someone else, is grounds for declining your application or terminating a lease already signed.
Electronic signature
The signature you draw on the application form is an electronic signature. Under Florida's Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and the federal E-SIGN Act, you agree it has the same legal effect as a signature written by hand.
Availability and pricing
Suite availability shown on this site is updated as suites turn over and may change between the time you view it and the time we receive your application. Rent, lease terms, fees and included utilities are set out in the lease and are not fixed by anything published on this website.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to submit applications on behalf of someone else without their authorization, to upload malicious files, or to interfere with the operation of the site or its security measures.
No warranty
This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Photographs on this site are illustrative.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be brought in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.
